That is exactly what we do. Send us a WhatsApp with a photo and your collection and delivery addresses. We will confirm the price and come to you, often the same day.
What areas do you cover? +
We operate across Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay, and Stellenbosch. Contact us for trips outside these areas and we will do our best to help.
How do I get a quote? +
Send us a WhatsApp or use the quote form on our site. Include your collection address, delivery address, and a photo or description of the item. We will reply with a price quickly.
Can you collect the same day? +
Yes. We operate every day from 8am to 10pm and same-day bookings are welcome. Contact us as early as possible to secure your slot.
Do you help with loading and unloading? +
Yes, loading and unloading assistance is included. For very heavy items please let us know in advance so we can come prepared.
What if my item doesn't fit? +
Send us a photo and the dimensions before booking. We will confirm whether it fits in the Super Carry. We would rather check upfront than disappoint you on the day.
What items won't you transport? +
We do not carry rubbish, rubble, items with oil or fuel residue, hazardous materials, or livestock. Everything else is generally fine. If in doubt, ask us.
Is my item insured during transport? +
We take great care with every item and our hard canopy protects against weather. Please ask about insurance cover when booking if you have a high-value item.
How do I pay? +
We accept cash and EFT. Payment is due on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Can you collect from a seller I bought from online? +
Absolutely. This is one of our most popular services. Give us the seller's address and we will collect and bring it straight to you. You do not need to be present at collection.
Do you work on weekends and public holidays? +
Yes, we are available every day of the week including public holidays, from 8am to 10pm.
Do you offer regular or weekly delivery? +
Yes. We work with repeat customers on a standing arrangement with discounted rates. Popular for laundry pickup and drop-off, 20L water deliveries, and weekly errands. Contact us on WhatsApp to set something up.
